Spa Policies

 Reservation & Cancellation 

A booking fee is required for all new clients to secure their appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least a 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. We understand that life happens and will always show grace when needed, but communication is required to help us serval all of our clients effectively. Please note, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Late Policy

At Pretty Skin Artistry, we do our best to accommodate all clients. If you are running late, please call the spa to notify us. Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may be adjusted or shortened at the esthetician's discretion to prevent overlap with other scheduled services. This policy is not a punishment, but ensures we can maintain a smooth schedule and give every guest the attention they deserve. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Policy 

All service sales are final. While we strive to make every client happy, we cannot offer refunds on used or unused retail products or spa certificates.

Age Requirements 

Guests under 18 years old must have a signed consent form from a parent or guardian. Minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their visit. This ensures the safety and comfort of all our guests.
